Grass Roots Empowerment Alliance of Rome will have a multi-cultural event Nov. 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the South Rome Boys and Girls Club. Event is free though donations to GEAR will be accepted. Refreshments and local musicians of all genres will be featured. For more information call 706-235-5134.
