The Rome/Floyd NAACP Black Heritage Dance will be March 22 at the Rome Civic center starting at 9 p.m. The theme will be respect for freedom and equality. Dress in African attire or dressy casual attire. There will be a $50 prize for the best African outfit individual and $50 for the best dress African attire couple.  Tickets are $15 for a single and $25 for a couple.
