Sixteen people were arrested in Yulee, Fla., Friday after police raided a bar where a "Girls Gone Wild" bus event was being held, The Florida Times Union has reported.

According to the newspaper:

"Investigators went undercover at The Mill Night Club at 96032 Victoria's Place and found men encouraging women to show their breasts so they could be filmed, according to a Sheriff's Office. Women also were encouraged to have their breasts spray painted in front of patrons at the bar. Several women complied and exposed themselves."

Bar employees, GGW employees and male and female patrons were among those arrested, the paper reported.

A GGW event was held this weekend in Rome at McCrobie's, which apparently hosted the controversial bus but did not hold a proposed “America’s Hottest Girl” contest, according to Police Maj. Travis Goss.

Goss said there were only three arrests — for underage drinking, being drunk and disorderly and having a fake ID.

How come these guys never get arrested for that in New Orleans? Florida is a police state just shy of martial law. There are women that walk down the streets of New Orleans shirtless with beads and don't get arrested. Why is everyone so uptight?

It's that whole Adam and Eve thing isn't it? Those bloody snakes cause more problems than they are worth. The whole story is symbolic. It was made up so people would have to wear clothes. That is what I learned in a Religion Class at a Southern Baptist College. I am not being sacreligious. That class taught me a great deal about reality and perception. Maybe the governments need to take that same lesson. Other countries allow topless women on T.V. all the time. Why are we such prudes? God gave us our bodies, not Tommy Hilfiger or Calvin Klein. SOme of the colors in their clothes offend, but you don't see people getting arrested for wearing them.
