Two people were arrested Thursday for allegedly making threats to harm three people by destroying their house.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Tracy Grant Broadaway, 41, of 13 Lakeview Drive, and Brittany Nicole LeCroy, 19, of 1438 Old Cedartown Highway, were arrested by Floyd County Sheriff Tim Burkhalter late Thursday afternoon. Each was charged with three felony counts of terroristic threats and acts.

According to Floyd County police warrants, the two went to a residence in Lindale around 6 p.m. Wednesday night without permission. The pair allegedly threatened the three occupants by yelling, “I will burn you out tonight!”

Both Broadaway and LeCroy remain in jail without bail.

Not sure what's up there...I know for a fact that he lives (and has for years) at the 1438 address. Never heard of the girl they say lives at that address. Strange.

We've double-checked the name, and you are correct: It is Broadaway. The story has been updated. However, the Lakeview Drive address is indeed what is listed on the jail report.

I would also double check addresses...Mr. Broadaway lives at 1438 Old Cedartown Road. I think they are backwards.

That should be Tracy Broadaway.
