This house built by Chris Vann, a 1988 graduate of Coosa High School and a 1994 graduate of Jacksonville State University, has been selected as Atlanta Magazine’s first “Dream Home” to be built outside Atlanta and in Big Canoe. Vann and this home, which is being marketed for $3,000,000, are featured in the magazine’s October 2009 issue.

The house is on tour through Nov. 15.
