Four people were arrested late Tuesday at Turner McCall restaurant after they reportedly left the establishment without paying. The incident turned ugly, with the suspects threatening police and one man striking and spitting on a police officer, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:

He is also charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct for spitting and striking an off-duty police officer.
Davenport is also charged with misdemeanor theft of services, pubic drunkenness and an open container violation.
Steve Allen Reece, 31, of 2474 Wax Road, is charged with two counts of felony terroristic threats and acts for reportedly threatening two officers.
Reece is also charged with misdemeanor theft of services, theft by taking, an open container violation, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Autumn Leigh Eddy, 21, of 24 Daryl Road in Silver Creek, is charged with misdemeanor theft of services.
The four reportedly left Santa Fe Cattle Company without paying for their meals. An off-duty Floyd County police officer tried to assist the restaurant manager in stopping the suspects before they left, but the three men allegedly threatened the officer before Davenport spit on him and struck him with his fist.
Police quickly arrived and stopped the suspects’ vehicle just a block away on Avenue B at West 10th Street.
Davenport and Reece were released on $6,150 bail each, while Eddy was released on $1,350 bail. Colston remained in jail on $5,540 bail.
