Furnace reported taken from home on Tom Bing Road

A residence was damaged during a burglary that happened sometime during the weekend, according to a Rome police report.

According to the police report:

Someone entered the home on Tom Bing Road and took the floor furnace and some duct work valued at approximately $2,500.

Four of the windows in the residence were broken and the carpet was damaged, as well as other items. The owner estimated that it would cost $500 to fix the windows and $1,000 to clean and repair the rest of the damage.
