LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Comcast service needs to change

I AM A COMCAST customer who thinks Comcast’s services need to change. It is awful. Just the other day, I went to pay my bill, and the Comcast service trucks were parked in the customer spaces and not in their designated slots.

I went in and the line was backed up to 15 people, at least, and as soon as I got to the front of the line to make my payment, the machine broke. That is not good customer service.

Comcast’s television service is not very good, either. Earlier this week, the television signal was down for almost half the day. Comcast should take this into consideration and change their service.
