This 73 acre park offers some of the best crappie and stripper fishing in North GA. 33 scenic RV ready campsites with picnic shelters, a large picnic shelter for large rental groups, the Coosa River Trading Post, an exhibition center, river fishing and boat access ramp. Also horseshoe pits, various picnic shelters, playground, restrooms, shower and laundry facility, nature trails, an observation overlook, and volleyball court. also a primitive group tent camping area, with shelters, fire rings and restroom facilities. Great setting for group gatherings and outdoor educational opportunities for children.The 127 acre Coosa Nature Preserve now adjoins the property, and the Nature Center hosts a family of live reptile and animal displays.
