Man’s plea agreement includes banishment

CEDARTOWN — A Cobb County man has been banished from Polk and Haralson counties as part of a plea agreement before Polk County Superior Court Judge Richard Sutton.

Terry Hirby, of Cobb County, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession less than ounce of marijuana, and a seat belt violation, according to court documents.

Hirby was also sentenced to probation and fined.
