A Lindale man was arrested Monday after police said he was found to be driving on a revoked license. He also allegedly threatened a law enforcement officer.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Timothy Kevin Vaughn, 19, of 105 S. First St. in Lindale, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Park Avenue and South Third Street. He was charged with felony terroristic threats and acts, driving while his license was revoked and a restricted license violation.

Police said that he was stopped for a license tag violation. Upon checking his information through the computer, police found that Vaughn’s license was revoked.

During the arrest, Vaughn allegedly threatened to harm the arresting officer when he got out of jail.

He remains in jail without bail.
