According to the report:
Rome Police were called to the restaurant at 2215 Shorter Ave. at approximately 1 p.m. by a manager in reference to a suspicious person.
When they arrived, the manager said that a man dressed as the mascot for Burger King entered the restaurant with bags of hamburgers and began handing them out to several customers.
He danced while inside the restaurant and stopped to take pictures with children. The report states that one child took a picture with him and ran away as he appeared to be scared.
When the manager approached the man he said he was collecting for children’s charities. She noted that he had not collected any money during his time inside the restaurant.
The subject then got into a white Acura. The manager saw him take off his mask and he appeared to be a middle age white male with dark hair.
The tag on the car came back to a 2001 white Acura belonging to a Calhoun man.

Looks like the police had some sort of sense of humor and recognized that it was simply a prank. In some cities (I won't mention which) he might have been shot "resisting arrest" when they came to his home and tried to haul him off to jail.
Now let's see if McDonalds can come up with something original that is just as funny.
As a Rome native, these comments are embarrassing! You should be making fun of "crawfish" and others instead of intelligently trying to sway him... he doesn't deserve any thing but belittling!
Nope. Just a hilarious event. I wish I'd seen it!

You're really showing your desperation when you have to resort to correcting someone's grammar as a point of arguement.
While we're on the subject, though, your sentence "It's "too" not "to" by the way in your "to obvious"" is confusing. You need to use commas to indicate where the pauses should be, as in "It's "too", not "to" by the way, in your "to obvious..."
If you yourself can't write correctly, you have no right to correct others.
I ALWAYS use the same screen name when commenting on anything on this site, regardless of my position.
Also, I did get your point; you didn't get mine. I was simply pointing out that if you'd had a valid point about the topic at hand, you wouldn't have resorted to correcting someone else's grammar when you obviously can't even construct a proper sentence yourself.
By the way, may I ask how old you are? Based on the know-it-all sarcasm of your posts on this and other topics, I'd estimate about 14-17.
I do hope I am at the next place he decides to visit so I can thank him for bringing smiles to some many different peoples faces, including myself.
I do hope you will lighten up more and enjoy the little things in life...maybe you can think of something you approve of that will bring a smile to someone elses face. Life is to short to always be so negative. Have a great day =)
