A Rome man remained jailed Thursday on a felony aggravated assault charge after it was reported he pulled a knife on another man, warrants stated.
According to reports from the Floyd County Jail:
Matthew Dewayne Maner, 29, of 60 Paris Lane, was also charged with probation violation after he was in a verbal altercation and then pulled a knife on another man and said, “I will end it all right here,” on Tuesday around 7 p.m.
Maner was jailed without bail waiting for his first court appearance.
