MARIETTA - It is not every day that the mayor, a city councilman, the city manager and 137 others dress in Civil War era clothing and dance the Virginia Reel in Glover Park. But that is exactly what happened Friday, as the city set a Guinness World Record for the largest Virginia Reel.
