Medication stolen from library

Rome police responded to the Rome-Floyd County Library on Thursday afternoon after a man noticed his medication had been stolen, according to Rome police reports.

According to the report:

The victim had left a Rite Aid bag containing his medication that he had just had refilled on a table at the library, 205 Riverside Parkway, while he went to the restroom.

The bag was missing when he returned. It contained a month supply of Cymbalta, Seroquel, hydralazine, labetalol and hydrocodone.

The value of the medication was unknown and there were no suspects at the time of the report.
