Dr. Mendes offices are co-located in his residence. The chiropractic office is set up in the parlor of the home.
“It’s kind of an old-fashioned Norman Rockwell style doctors office,” Mendes said. “I had a clinic in South Carolina that had employees and filed insurance and it became an absolute drag.”
“My wife and I actually met at Berry College. She is from Trion,” Dr. Mendes said. “Her family is still up there and we were seven hours away with no grandparents anywhere nearby raising three kids. My mother is moving to Rome so this has become home in very short order.”
For the time being the chiropractic clinic is open Monday through Thursday by appointment only.
People can reach Mendes at (706)-314-9957.
