Wright said that she decided to open the shop to help her church. “My church gives away clothing every year and there is just an enormous amount of output,” Wright said. "In order for me to help the church I wanted to open this up to help develop that program they have every year.”
Proceeds from the Wright Choice thrift shop would benefit the Greater Christ Temple Rapture Preparation Cathedral, at the corner of Chambers St. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Rome
The shop will be open Mon-Sat. from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
