According to Floyd County police:
The driver was heading north and told officers she had to swerve to a void a vehicle that was southbound but had apparently veered over into her lane.
The car hit the curb and flipped into the side yard of a home in the 3400 block of Maple Rd.
Both the driver and her child declined treatment from emergency medical personnel on the scene.
