Rome police arrested a teenager on Thursday after he allegedly grabbed a juvenile and threw him to the ground, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Tyler Ray Dill, 18, of 35 Fortune St., is charged with felony first-degree cruelty to children, misdemeanor battery under the Family Violence Act, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor criminal trespass.
