A man was arrested Wednesday and accused of harming and threatening a victim, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Timothy James Bryan, 30, of 2531 Shorter Ave., Lot 10, was charged with felony aggravated stalking following incidents on Oct. 14 that were in violation of a conditional bond.

Bryan reportedly caused injury by striking the victim with both hands and leaving visible marks on the right arm and right collarbone.

He then harassed the victim and threatened to return to the victim’s residence.

Bryan remained in jail without bond.
