A Rydal man was unharmed Wednesday in an armed robbery at his house, reports stated.

According to reports from the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office:

The East Valley Road resident reported to police that two men who he’d never seen before came up to the door looking for work, and once inside the house one of the men pulled a gun as the two demanded money.

Reports stated $200 was taken in the robbery. One of the suspects was reported to have run down the driveway while another drove off in a older model Nissan pickup truck.

There were no suspects in custody at the time of the report.
