What is the primary purpose of your business? To provide Rome and Northwest Georgia with all of their hot tub and swimming pool supplies and needs.



What is your business background? I have been in previous retails sales while Gary had been involved in manufacturing and engineering



Why did you start this particular business? We saw the need for this type of business in Rome and wanted to provide our service, to the best of our ability, and we felt like we could meet the need. We saw the need and knew that we could provide excellent customer service and quality products to customers in our area.



What makes your business unique? We offer the very best hot tub in the world with Hot Springs Spas. We also have a very educated staff to provide customers with all of their water chemistry needs. We are the premier professionals when it comes to above ground swimming pools and spas.



What do you enjoy most about your chosen profession? The ability to help folks with the things that offer them some relaxation and seeing smiles on their faces. This provides good family entertainment and that’s what we’re looking for.



What has been the biggest challenge to overcome as small business owners? Educating the public about how important it is to buy quality products and meet the specific needs about what they’re doing to their hot tubs or pools



Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers? Because we are locally owned, we are the place, the destination for above ground swimming pools. We specialize in above-grounds and we are the very best at it. If a customer is looking for a hot tub, we can provide the most energy efficient, longest lasting proven hot tub in the market with Hot Springs.

Also, we changed locations largely because of parking issues. Our customer base has kept growing at a phenomenal rate and literally there have been folks waiting for others to pull out so they could get into our store. We literally had folks telling us that they would love to shop with us but every time they came by the lot were full. We have upgraded the store, it’s huge.
