A Rome man and a Cave Spring woman remained jailed Sunday without bail on felony drug charges, reports stated.

According to reports from the Floyd County Jail:

Richard Rene Bagley, 40, of 3242 Black’s Bluff Road, and Tonya Gail Watson, 38, of 20 Kings Bridge Road in Cave Spring, were arrested Saturday night after an officer observed the two smoking a substance from a pipe.

The pipe was later found and contained what police believed was methamphetamine.

Bagley and Watson were both arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug-related objects.

Watson was also held on a probation violation.

Rome/Floyd County is full of drugs-druggies and crooked law enforcement...... especially Rome's finest city police force ..so its not surprising to see the arrest they make on drug charges ...they are arresting the ones who are not supplying them....MVRVX
