A Rome man was arrested Saturday and charged with felony burglary, according to Floyd County Jail reports. According to the reports: Matthew Dewayne Maner, 33, of 60 Paris Lane, was arrested on a warrant that alleges he broke into a Redmond Court building in January 2012. The report states he entered the building with intent to commit theft, and did damage and stole metal, totaling in excess of $40,000. He remained in jail Saturday night on probation violation.
