UPDATE: Bartow authorities identify 25-year-old man found dead

Cartersville Patch is reporting Bartow County Coroner Joel Guyton identified the deceased as Evan Hill, 25, of Middlebrook Drive, and said authorities have "several suspicions" as to Hill's cause of death.

Guyton told the Cartersville Patch he expects the results of an autopsy, including the cause of death, in about 6 months. His office is not conducting an investigation.

The Bartow County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 25-year-old man.

According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, deputies and emergency medical personnel responded to 47 Middlebrook Drive at 11:02 a.m. Saturday in response to a possible death. Upon arrival, a 25-year-old man was discovered outside partially clothed. The man was found to be deceased.

Bartow County Sheriff's investigators responded, and while the cause of death is not known, no foul play is suspected at this time.

Sheriff Millsap stated that further investigation will rely on results from a medical examiner report. The man's name is not being released by the Bartow County Sheriff's Office at this time pending verification of next of kin notification.
