The National Weather Service is calling for the possibility of continued rain throughout the day and cloudy skies for this first Tuesday in November.

The Election day forecast calls for a 50 percent chance of rain, mainly before 4 p.m. Expect cloudy skies for the rest of the day, with a high near 53. East wind around 5 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Tonight's weather calls for a 30 percent chance of rain, mainly between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 41. Calm wind.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 56. Light north wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 36. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 61. Light north wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Thursday Night: Clear, with a low around 33.
