A 60 year-old Lyerly man is in jail without bail after he reportedly made at least four threatening phone calls to another, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Milton Lovett McDaniel, 60, of 919 McDaniel Road, is charged with two counts of felony terroristic threats and acts.

Warrants stated that on May 4 McDaniel threatened to come to the complainant’s residence with a shotgun to kill or cause serious injury.

He is being held without bail.
