One man stabbed another after the two men got in a fight over the superiority of Ford versus Chevrolet, police said.

According to the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office:

Zachary Woody, 21, of Calhoun has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing another man around 1 a.m. Saturday.

“Witnesses told detectives that what had begun as a fist-fight ended when one of the men produced a knife and stabbed the other,” said Sheriff Mitch Ralston.

The victim was hospitalized with serious injuries.

Investigating detectives recovered the knife believed to have been used in the incident and were told by witnesses that the alleged assault stemmed from a disagreement about the superiority of Ford vehicles versus Chevrolet vehicles.
