A Cartersville man remained in jail Tuesday night after he was charged with three felony counts of burglary, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Gary Lee Wallin, 44, of 8 Townsley Drive, allegedly broke into a home on Cinnamon Lane on Oct. 30 and took items valued at more than $500. He also allegedly entered a home located on Wayside Road on Nov. 1 and kicked open the rear door with the intent to commit a crime while someone was still home. That same day, he allegedly broke into a home on Wilshire Road with the intent to commit a crime.

Wallin remained in jail without bond Tuesday night and a hold has been placed on him for the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office.
