Greater Rome Bank announces Jackson Abercrombie as Mortgage Loan Administrator of the Mortgage Loan department.

Abercrombie, a Rome native, holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Shorter University. He played football for the Shorter Hawks during the 2005 through 2008 seasons. Finding success on the field and in the classroom, Abercrombie was named to the NAIA Top Scholar List and the Football Academic All-Conference.

“Our Greater Rome Bank family is excited to bring Jackson onto our team. He’s an exceptional young Roman, and we are confident that he will be a great addition to our Mortgage Loan department.

Abercrombie recently became a certified member of the Community Emergency Response Team. He is

actively involved with Young Professionals of Rome, the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce and the Rome Board of Realtors. Abercrombie is engaged to Heather Ratliff of Rome.

Greater Rome Bank is Rome’s oldest community bank and has three offices in Rome and Floyd County.
