Police: Man pointed gun at another

Police said a Cave Spring Road man pointed a loaded pistol at another person, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Michael Dewitt Martin, 54, 4130 Cave Spring Road, threatened to shoot the victim in an incident that took place Monday.

He was charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor reckless conduct and misdemeanor pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another.
