Rome man charged with breaking into Highland Circle residence

A Rome man is charged with burglary after he allegedly broke into a Highland Circle residence between Aug. 14 and Aug. 21, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Robert Joe Farmer, 36, of 2006 Highland Circle, is charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.

Farmer allegedly had possession of items stolen in another burglary.
