Kingston man charged with meth possession

A Kingston man was arrested at the intersection of Bells Ferry and Belle­vue roads on Thursday night after police say they found a cigarette package that contained a pipe with what appeared to be methamphetamine residue, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Marion Lamar Teems, 48, of 4381 Kingston Highway, was on someone else’s property at the time.

He was charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of methamphetamine.
