According to the report:
Terry Lynn Allen, 43, of 4316 Old Calhoun Road, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of drug related objects.
Allen was arrested at the Royal Inn, 1201 Martha Berry Blvd., after he was discovered with suspected methamphetamine individually packaged for sale and a metal pipe used to consume narcotics in his right front pocket.
Allen remained in jail Monday night without bond.
