According to the reports:
Samuel Alexander Dobbins, 44, 1084 Black’s Bluff Road, entered the vehicle, which was parked at the intersection of Burnett Ferry and Horseleg Creek roads around 11 a.m. Thursday.
He remained in jail on Friday night.
