Report: Man broke into a vehicle at Harbin Clinic

Rome police arrested a man on a charge of felony entering an automobile after a witness spotted him entering a parked vehicle at Harbin Clinic, 1825 Martha Berry Highway, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Steven Raymond Coolidge, 20, of 1204 Martha Berry Highway, Apt. 217, was also charged with felony possession of a schedule IV drug and misdemeanor underage consumption of alcohol and failure to appear in court.

Coolidge remained in jail Wednesday night on $5,700 bond.
