According to the report:
Richard Douglas Holcomb, 47, of 13 Lewis Drive, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine after he was allegedly found with more than 28 grams of methamphetamine on his person when police served a warrant at his residence last Friday.
He remained in jail without bond Wednesday night.
