A Rome man is accused of stealing a $4,000 hard drive from Sara Lee Bakery, 10 Darlington Drive, earlier this month, according to Floyd County Jail reports.
According to the reports:
Benjamin Tobias Cox, 40, of 116 Hosea St., was charged with felony theft by taking.
The warrant did not indicate how Cox took the hard drive. He was released on $4,600 bond.
