According to the report:
William Lee Costlow, 62, 998 Wax Road, is accused of unlawfully taking and being in possession of metal items belonging to Suhner Manufacturing Inc.
The approximate cost of the items is $1,500, and they were taken sometime between December 2011 and Sept. 1. Costlow was released on $3,500 bond Monday night, Sept. 24.
