A man forced an employee to give him more than $1,500 during an armed robbery, according to Rome police reports.

According to the report:

A white male between 25 and 30, approximately 6 feet tall with blonde hair entered a business at 6B Shorter Industrial Blvd. Sunday afternoon, Sept. 23, and waited until a woman employee was alone in the business office before approaching her.

The woman said the man brandished a black handgun, put it to her back and asked her for money. After she gave him $300 she had on her, the suspect insisted she had more, and the victim gave him a bag of money containing approximately $1,500.

No suspects were named at the time of the report.

Someone points a gun at me they will be met with force until they are no longer a threat. If it takes one bullet or a whole magazine of them, regardless of who much money they ask for. $5.00 or $1,500, it makes no difference. I fear for my life then thats all it takes.

I'm with you superprime, blow their head off and then they won't be robbing anyone else.

Then the media would have to go through the trouble of digging up photos of the robber when he was 12 years old. We don't want them to have to go through all that trouble. Just be a good little victim and hope it all works out.

Too bad none of the victims were armed. Perhaps this gentleman would have gotten a bullet instead of the cash.

You'd murder someone over 1,500? Wow
