An Armuchee man is charged with burglary after a neighbor noticed suspicious activity and held him at gunpoint until Bartow County Sheriff's deputies arrived.

According to Bartow County Sheriff Clark Millsap:

A neighbor called 911 around 6:40 p.m. on Monday night after they noticed what appeared to be a burglary in progress on Jones Mill Road in Bartow County.

The neighbor witnessed Cory Biggers, 24, of Armuchee drive slowly by the residence after the homeowners had left and then back into the driveway, leaving his truck running.

The neighbor called the homeowners who said no one should be at their home and then he confronted Biggers and held him at gunpoint until deputies arrived.

Once the homeowners returned, it was discovered that Biggers had allegedly removed a bag a change from the home. Biggers' truck was impounded and he was arrested and has been booked into the Bartow County Jail on one count of felony burglary.
