Rome’s Ceilidh Celtic Ensemble presents its “Heart O’ The Highlands” concert on Saturday starting at 8 p.m.

Five members of Ceilidh (pronounced KAY-Lee): Sam and Janet Baltzer, Beth Blackburn, Jim Burding and Matt Fearing, have been performing together since 2004. They will present a wide variety of songs and tunes from Scotland, Ireland and Wales played on 14 different instruments.

The ensemble will be joined by teen Roman Irish dancers C.J. Dehart and Valerie Peulausk. The girls will perform lively jigs, reels and hornpipes.

The concert takes place Saturday starting at 8 p.m. at Georgia Highlands College’s Heritage Hall Center Stage located at 415 East Third Ave.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Tickets are available in advance at Kroger as well as at the door on the night of the event.
