Report: False documents lead to man’s arrest

A man was charged with felony forgery and felony possession, manufacture or sale of false ID documents Thursday, according to the Floyd County Jail reports:

According to the report:

Julio Rene Palencia-Torres, 38, of 32 Shade Tree Lane, was found to be in possession of forged and fraudulent documents of identification and he distributed a birth certificate that was forged as well.

He was still in jail with no bond Thursday night.
