Floyd man charged with stalking

A Silver Creek man was arrested Friday night after violating terms of a temporary protective order by going to a home in Silver Creek.

According to Floyd County jail reports:

Hershel K. Graham Jr., 39, of 29 Jack Street, was arrested late between 10 and 11 p.m. Friday after going to another home on Jack Street where a resident had obtained a TPO requiring that Graham stay at least 500 feet from the residence.

Graham was being held in the Floyd County Jail without bond late Saturday.
