Man charged with aggravated assault after Bob White Court gun incident

A Rome man was arrested late Sunday night after an incident at a home on Bob White Court where he allegedly pointed a gun at other people, firing it at least once, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Adam Gregory Waters, 32, of 8 Bob White Court, was under the influence at the time.

He is charged with four counts of misdemeanor pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another, four counts of felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor discharging a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misdemeanor reckless conduct, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and felony possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
