Report: Man broke into house, pulled out patch of woman’s hair

A Rome man is facing felony burglary and misdemeanor battery charges after he allegedly broke into a woman’s residence and pulled out a large patch of her hair, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Brandon Michael Conner, 27, of 105 E. 15th St., removed a window unit from the East 15th Street residence to get inside.

The incident happened on Sept. 2, according to the warrant. Conner was arrested early Tuesday morning.

Conner remained in jail Tuesday night on $7,900 bond.
