According to the report:
Dena Ann Barton, 40, of 877 Woods Road, was observed staggering while walking along Shorter Avenue in West Rome at approximately 5:45 p.m.
When an officer in a patrol car pulled up beside her, Barton pulled down her pants in public view, baring her genital area.
She was charged with misdemeanor public indecency as well as misdemeanor pedestrian under the influence and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Upon Barton’s arrest, a purple smoking pipe containing burned marijuana was found in her right front pocket and she was observed having bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.
