'Body' reported floating in the Oostanaula River turns out to be a dummy

After several calls to 911 earlier this morning about what looked to be a body in a Floyd County Police jacket floating in the Oostanaula River police rescued a dummy.

The dummy was constructed from flotation devices, jeans and shoes all tied up to a baby doll.
