2 people jailed on explosives charges

Two people have been arrested in Cherokee County, Ala., and accused of manufacturing homemade explosives, according to information from Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver.

John Franklin Ingram, 42, and Rebecca Pierce Ingram, 39, were charged with three felony counts of manufacturing a destructive device, Shaver said.
