Women’s Health Retreat today at The Forum

Redmond Regional Medical Center will host a free Women’s Health Retreat in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness today from 3 to 7 p.m. at The Forum. This “ladies afternoon out” drop-in event will provide education and services including: healthy cooking demonstrations, nutrition, fitness and massage, and it will focus on women’s health and wellness. The event will feature a walk-through exhibit with an emphasis on breast cancer education and prevention. Door prizes and several give-aways will be provided. The first 100 ladies will receive a free pink tote bag! Parking in the deck by The Forum will be free during the event, provided by Redmond.
